Activities with public school students
The Program, through the project “Public School, Memory and Citizenship”, has sought to insert students from the History Degree course at the Federal University of Pará in the context of public schools in the state teaching network of Belém since the beginning of its academic training, so that they develop didactic-pedagogical activities in the area of history, under the guidance of a professor of the course and a teacher of the school. The project establishes as a guideline the achievement of four thematic axes that complement each other: the history textbook; the history of the Amazon in the classroom; ENEM proposals and themes and; Place and Time of Memory: the celebrations at the school of basic education in Pará. With the main focus on teaching History, the aim is to associate learning and reflections about teaching practice with teaching and research in history.
